  Transparent lace is slightly thicker than HD lace but still provides a natural look. It comes in a light, transparent shade that can be tinted to match your skin tone.

• Beginner-friendly and low maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity, softness, and natural appearance of your hair.

Washing:

• Wash every 3-4 weeks as needed.
• Use lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo.
• Gently cleanse in a downward motion--do not rub or tangle.
• Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioning:

• Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends.
• Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse.
• Deep condition monthly for best results.

Detangling:

• Detangle while wet with conditioner or when fully dry.
• Use a wide tooth comb or paddle brush.
• Start at the ends and work upward.

Drying:

• Gently blot excess water with a towel.
• Allow hair to air dry when possible.
• If blow drying, use low heat and heat protectant.

Heat Styling:

• Always apply a heat protectant.
• Keep tools below 400 degrees
• Limit heat usage to preserve hair quality.

Avoid:

• Sleeping with wet hair
• Excessive product buildup
• Rough brushing or pulling
• Sleeping without a silk or satin bonnet, pillowcase or scarf

• Local pickup is available for ready to ships wigs, bundles, and in stock items only.
• Custom, pre-order, and made to order units are not eligible for pickup.

• Please choose a time that works best for you so we can have your order prepared and ready.
• Orders are typically ready within 2-24 hours, depending on availability.
• You'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your order is prepared.

For safety and organization, we cannot release orders without confirmation.

• Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
• However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the problem. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered and in its original packaging with tags and ties intact.
• Approved returns are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing time may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your institution.
• Orders that have entered fulfillment, been shipped, or have been opened, worn or tampered with are not eligible for returns or exchanges!
